Peanut Butter Choc-chip Cookies

Makes 36

Ingredients:
250 g butter
1/2 C peanut butter
1 C oats
375 g choc chips
1 C sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
3 C plain flour
1 egg

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line cookie sheet.
2. Melt butter and peanut butter over low heat.
3. Cool and whisk in egg.
4. Sift in flour and baking powder.
5. Stir in choc chips, oats and sugar to form dough.
6. Roll into balls and arrange approx 5 cm apart on sheet.
7. Flatten slightly with a form.
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
