What started out as a hobby or past time has somehow turned into something a little more. I have a lot of people to thank for this (you know who you are!). It's been more than a few years since I first starting baking (ironically, the very first cake I made didn't require an oven). A lot of highs and countless lows, loads of calories and ever-hungry supportive family and friends. I can't say enough how much this has meant to me in helping me overcome each hurdle as they come by and the encouragement to dream and most importantly, keep dreaming!
