White Sugar & Butter
1 cup=225 grams

Brown Sugar
1 cup=200 grams

Cocoa
1 cup=125 grams

+All temperatures are in degrees centigrade for a fan-forced oven.
+Depending on your type of oven, times and temperatures may change so adjust as appropriate. 
+Measurements are made according to the metric system. 
+Cakes should always be cooled on a wire rack to avoid deflating
+You may wish to use caster sugar instead of white sugar if your white sugar is coarse.
