I saw this idea somewhere once and thought it was g-e-n-i-u-s! If only I were game enough to actually make the patty patty flavoured! (I saw a steak-shaped cake once... with real steak in the middle...)
Pretty easy macaron here... bun coloured shell, top with sesame seeds. Ganache patty and marshmallow yellow cheese and green lettuce. And i justify the that the macarons are made deliberately not centred. - like how a burger from a take away place usually is!
Could have gone with a bit of beetroot, bit of strawberry coulis as tomato sauce? I could make my very own list of macaron burgers!!!
And it would be along the lines of:

- wynoz
- wynvegie
- wynlamb
- wynwagyu =D
